Girls Developmental
Class Program

Our girls developmental program is a progressive program for girls ages 6 and up, with Level 1 being the most beginner level and each level higher being progressively more challenging. Key skills at each level are built on the skills learned at the previous level/s. Each class is planned to help your child develop basic gymnastic skills in a safe and progressive manner.

In addition, gymnastics can aid your child in improving their strength, flexibility, coordination, listening skills, social skills, spatial awareness and most importantly of all, their self-confidence.

Safety is goal #1 in every class. Our instructors are taught to use the safest progressions and teach your child how to get on and off the equipment and move about the gym in a responsible manner. Swiss Turners is equipped with the best equipment to aid your child in her development.

And while our emphasis is on working hard to help your child develop their fantastic potential, our teachers never leave out the fun!
