Adult Class  Ages: 15 & up

This is a class for all you dreamers out there who always wanted to try gymnastics but never got the gumption together to do it! Currently taught by our resident Olympians, Andrei Kan and Alex Belanovski, the Adult class is a great venue for those trying gymnastics for the first time as well as for those former gymnasts who want to relive the tremendous joy that only a sport like gymnastics can provide. This class focuses on floor exercise with the tramp and tumble tramp as teaching aids. However, this class offers a lot of flexibility to those who want to pursue some of the other gymnastics apparatus. And of course, flexibility and strength are stressed every practice. So don't just think about it, get off that chair and try it!…You'll love it!

Cost: $240.00 - 1.5hrs - 12 week session
