Boys Level 4

Boys Level 4 builds on what was learned as a Level 3, but adds more difficult skills. The class length is one and one-half hours. Key skills include: front and back handspring progressions on the floor, more circle progressions on pommel horse, inlocate and dislocate on the still rings, more advanced progressions for the front handspring on the vault, back uprise, support swings closer to handstand on the parallel bars, kip and swing 1/2 turn on the high bar, front and back tuck with spot on the trampoline.

Cost: $240.00 - 12 week session
